The Anti Cyber-Crime Campaign (ACCC) of VICOSD!

Every year, cyber crime is causing billions of Euros in damage. Cyber Crime is not a simple crime of a few but it is also part of transnational organized crime. Everybody can be become a victim!

Even in Austria more and more people are getting victims. Cyber Crime comes in different forms. These range from simple virus and spam mails to stealing of identities, to credit card fraud during e-shopping, phising at bank accounts, but also child pornography over the internet. The illegal downloading of videos, music, etc. may also be included into the category of cyber-crime.

That you are not also becoming a victim, we have started this Campaign.

Mission of the ACCC!

The mission of the ACCC is to raise awareness about cyber crime. With information events, information material and through this internet platform everybody is able to inform him-/herself about cyber crime, about current forms of cyber crime and how everybody can best protect him-/herself.

Every group, NGO, company or any group of friends is welcome to ask for an information evening. Please, get in contact with us for further arrangements at anticybercrime@vicosd.org.
